At Silverback Hemp Co, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances—except in the limited situations outlined below.
Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded due to reasons such as:

Dissatisfaction with product experience

Shipping delays beyond our control

Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.
To report an issue:

Include a clear description of the issue and photos of the item(s) and packaging.

If applicable, include the lot number from the packaging.
Once we receive your claim, we’ll review it and determine if a resolution is appropriate. Resolutions may include:

Or, in rare approved cases, a refund
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued in the following scenarios:

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to out-of-stock items or regulatory shipping restrictions.

If your order was charged but never shipped due to our internal error.

If we approve a refund due to a damaged or defective product after our internal review.
All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping
In cases where we request a return of damaged or incorrect items:
